Activities,
Tabling, and Vendors
On
Saturday, in the Atrium of Pfahler Hall, there will be
children’s activities, alternative energy information and
demonstrations, info on local and statewide conservation
organizations, tours of local solar and alternative energy
homes, a climate-related children’s art show, and other
wonderful ways to engage solutions to climate change.
Climate Science: Antarctic
Secrets
Presented by the Royersford Elementary 4th grade Climate
Change Club
Saturday, 11 am-noon
Pfahler Hall, Room 102
Come see the displays and experience the demonstrations on
Antarctica and Antarctic science constructed in collaboration by
the Royersford Elementary 4th grade Climate Change Club and
Ursinus College!
Great for both kids and adults!!

Tours of Green Homes
Saturday, February 2nd

Registration/Information desk at
Ursinus College on
Thursday/Friday/Saturday.
Green homes & tour times described in
pdf.
Transportation provided for ~24 people for each
tour. Each home is approximately 10-20 minutes
from Ursinus.
Children's Activities
Come join us on
Saturday, February 2 in Pfahler Hall, Room 209, from 10 am-3 pm
for some fun and environmentally-friendly activities for
children. There will be lots of great crafts to make out of
everyday materials, like paper towel tubes, used CDs, puzzle
pieces, magazines, and much more. Plus we’ll even make our own
healthy
and delicious snacks (caution: the snack making activity will
include peanut products). You are welcome to stop by even if you
did not
pre-register!
Test Drive an Electric Car
Denise Tracy of Bayshore Ford will be offering test drives of a Low-Speed All-Electric Vehicle from Miles Automotive.
She will be available on Saturday from 9am to 2pm. Look for her
first at a table in Pfahler Atrium. If she’s not there, she’s
probably giving a test-drive already and will return to pick up
the next person at the fountain (dry) outside of Pfahler Hall.
No pre-registration necessary.
