Nanotechnology- nanotechnology promises to change the world more than any technology ever has. It is important topic for every field of science from biology to chemistry to physics. This activity consists of a one period PowerPoint presentation by the Mobile Biology Educator or classroom teacher and a second period run by the classroom teacher where students are given different nanofabricated products (from gene chips to socks that never smell). Each product comes with an informational sheet. Students will learn about their product and then introduce their product to the rest of the class.
